Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of arrival.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

All orders will be processed within two business days.

US customers can choose between USPS standard post (which does not have tracking) and USPS Ground Advantage (which has tracking).

International shipping is done via standard post. As of 12/13/24, we cannot ship to the European Union.

Digital download files are delivered by email with your order confirmation.

Digital downloads are intended for personal-use and should not be used to redistribute the designs or produce products.
